    Ten minutes or so on the phone. You tell us what's going on; we tell you honestly whether we can help and what it involves. No pitch, no pressure.

  2. You decide.

    If it's a fit, we put the engagement in writing before any work starts — what we're doing, what it costs. If it's not, we'll say so and point you somewhere useful.

  3. We get to work.

    You hand over the paperwork, the shoebox, the dread. From then on you've got a name and a direct line, all twelve months of the year.
